These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fmc99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at https://fmc99.cam and its associated subdomains and mobile-optimised interfaces. By accessing or using the fmc99 platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

fmc99 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Visa and Mastercard, and select cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT (TRC-20).

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per transaction for standard payment methods.
• Maximum deposit: RM30,000 per transaction, subject to your account's current verification level and applicable limits.
• Processing time: E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers are credited instantly. FPX bank transfers may take 5–15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to network confirmation times.
• Currency: All accounts are denominated in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of crediting.
• Deposit ownership: You must only deposit funds that you legally own. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
• No fees: fmc99 does not charge deposit processing fees on standard transactions. Third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction charges, which are outside our control.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and the completion of any active wagering requirements on bonus funds. fmc99 processes verified withdrawal requests with a target processing time of 3 minutes to 24 hours depending on the method selected and the current verification status of the account.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• Verification: KYC documents must be submitted and approved before your first withdrawal is processed. Subsequent withdrawals may trigger re-verification if account activity or transaction patterns warrant it.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same method used for the most recent deposit. fmc99 reserves the right to designate an alternative method at its discretion.
• Wagering requirements: Any balance comprising active bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirement is not eligible for withdrawal. Real-money balance and bonus balance are tracked separately.
• Pending period: fmc99 may apply a short security review window on large or unusual withdrawal requests. Players will be notified of any delay via their registered email or live chat.
• Inactive accounts: Accounts that remain inactive (no login or wager activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to an administrative fee of RM10 per month, deducted from any remaining balance, after written notice has been issued to the registered email address.

All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement which must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Casino slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games, sports bets, and other categories may contribute at lower rates. Game-specific contribution rates are disclosed per promotion.
• Time limits: Bonuses expire if their associated wagering requirement is not completed within the stated time window. Expired bonus balances are forfeited.
• One bonus per promotion: Each player is eligible to claim each specific promotional offer once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• No cash alternative: Bonuses have no cash value until all conditions have been satisfied. Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts.
• Abuse prevention: fmc99 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings from any player found to be exploiting promotions through coordinated betting strategies, arbitrage, or other abusive activity.
• Referral programme: Referral bonuses are credited upon successful registration and qualifying deposit by the referred individual. Both the referrer and referee must maintain separate, independently verified accounts.

All sports bets, casino wagers, and other gambling activity conducted via fmc99 are subject to the rules of the specific game or event type, in addition to the following general betting rules:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the wager is confirmed by the system. fmc99 reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors and to void bets accepted at manifestly incorrect odds.
• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player except where an explicit cash-out feature is available and the bet qualifies under its terms.
• fmc99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including where it suspects irregularity, market manipulation, or professional arbitrage activity.
• For live in-play markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, UCL, and UFC events — odds are subject to suspension or withdrawal at any time due to match events. Bets placed during suspension windows may be voided.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or event, the official result as determined by the relevant governing body or data provider will be used to settle the wager. fmc99's determination on disputed results is final.
• Mix Parlay bets require all individual legs to be settled as winning for the overall parlay to be paid. A voided leg reduces the parlay to the remaining active legs.
• Maximum payout limits per event or per wager type apply and are displayed within the relevant sports or casino section of the platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fmc99 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account, whether using your own information or that of another person.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using the platform if you are under the age of 21.
• Accessing the platform from a Restricted Territory.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, including for the purpose of placing bets or gaming the bonus system.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after wagering activity has taken place.
• Money laundering or using the platform to process the proceeds of crime in any form.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such winnings are considered void and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate outcomes in casino games or to gain an unfair advantage in any format.

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Evidence of multiple account ownership.
• Request by the account holder for voluntary self-exclusion or account closure.
• Failure to respond to compliance requests within the stated timeframe.

Where an account is closed following a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's request and no breach has occurred, any remaining balance of real-money funds (net of active bonus requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

All content on the fmc99 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and data compilations — is the property of fmc99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution, or public display of any platform content without express written permission from fmc99.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting the source code of any software used in the operation of the platform.
• Creating derivative works based on any platform content or game assets.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fmc99 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or system errors that prevent access to the platform or lead to the loss of a wager.
• Unauthorised access to your account by a third party where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.
• Losses arising from reliance on information provided on the platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional content.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including Touch 'n Go, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, DuitNow, or FPX.

In no event shall fmc99's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The collection, processing, and storage of personal data in connection with your use of the fmc99 platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

fmc99 collects and processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and communication.
